This notice describes data associated with your visit to qelia.ai and an enquiry sent to the studio. It does not replace the separate notices for auraScribe, Sydonia, OrchIA or other products and services.

Your enquiry
The contact form prepares a draft in your email app. Your entries stay in your browser until that draft is opened. The website does not automatically submit the form to qelia: you choose whether to send the message from your email app.
If you send the message, qelia receives your email address and the information you choose to share, to reply and discuss your request. Your email provider and qelia’s email provider handle delivery and storage of the exchange.
To ask what information is held in a particular exchange, how long it is kept, or to request its deletion, contact hello@qelia.ai.
Language preference and hosting
When you select a language, the site can remember that choice in your browser’s local storage. You can remove it by clearing this website’s data in your browser. Fonts are served directly by qelia.ai.
The website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Connections to the site involve processing technical data, including your IP address and information needed to deliver the pages.
Website analytics
The website uses Plausible to count visits without cookies. With your agreement only, it also uses Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how pages are used: Google Analytics then sets cookies and receives browsing and technical information about your visit. Nothing is sent to Google until you click Accept, and you can withdraw your agreement at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of each page. Your choice is remembered for six months.
Your rights
Depending on your circumstances, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict its processing or object to it. Send your request to hello@qelia.ai. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Links to a product, LinkedIn or another platform take you to a separate service with its own privacy notice. No Sydonia assistant is active on this page.
